MAHFIA PRODUCTIONS is so lucky to have @YULINO on our team. Not only is she our fairy godmother, she is also on the advisory board for STOKED MENTORING. Through her connection, we were given the opportunity to shoot and expose the goodness that goes on at Stoked. Mini-MAHFIA rider Lil’ Kim jumped into the mix to help stoke out both mentors and mentees — proper. [MP] x GIGI TORRES :: LA SHOOT FOR ESSENCE 2011
[MP] has teamed up with the amazingly talented choreographer & dancer Gigi Torres of Essence Ladies dance crew to shoot a series of dance videos for your viewing pleasure on MAHFIA.COM. Gigi has been killin it softly all around the world and is at the top of her game which meant our job was easy breezy. We are in awe of how Gigi and her dancers do what they do and we will be doing our best to show you just how amazing they are to watch. For this shoot we linked up with one of our favorite photographers Nico of Ricoy Photo. Nico kills it behind the lens and we were super grateful for his assistance on this shoot, thanks homie! [MP] X MIXIE BIKE :: VENICE BEACH PHOTO SESH
[MP] was blessed - again - with great weather for a golden-hour MIXIE BIKES photo shoot. Our homie Jason [ FYDELITY STEREO BAGS / NEON GREEN ] has dropped the newest and hottest edition to his on-point product line. The bikes retail at $400 and come in the illest colorways; with even more options to come. Props to Jamel and Mike, the dopest fixie riders crushing the game.

@MAHFIAboss and @johnnyVARSITY kick-started a banger 2011 on location in SF with home-slice @DJEVILONE . Details are still super-secret, but here is a glimpse into the first [MP] project of an all-star year! There is an epic amount of great stuff in the works for 2011! EL DORADO BAR X MAHFIA PRODUCTIONS [BARTENDER’S CHALLENGE]
Our homies at the El Dorado Bar wanted a birds-eye-view of their annual BARTENDERS CHALLENGE playing on their screens to give a fired up crowd the judges’ POV. MAHFIA Productions has done this in the past with the GoPro HERO HD. For this occasion we had a deeper arsenal and brought in TWO HEROES [thanks GoPro]! We set one up right above each contestant; bringing every step of the action to the live screens.
The mixology was mastery and each contestant came correct with some solid competition. A herd of moscow mules trampled us softly as prohibition-era jazz rounded out a good night. Standard operation for El Dorado. Proper.
